The winters are full of re-circulated air and stuffiness, and it's hard to get the babies outside while they can't walk yet, and can't stay in the sled without being duck-taped on, so we took advantage of having a clear deck late in december. Chilly, but beautiful!

Laura; Beautiful pics. Is it really warm enough to be outside without jackets? That would be so awesome right now. We met your aunt this past weekend as she came to talk to us about starting a school in Ottawa. She said she remembers hearing yours and Nate's stories about your trips up here ... remember those days? Seems a lifetime ago, hey? Well, hope we can always keep in touch.
ummm.. was it warm enough? Not really :) But whenever I would let the dog outside, they'd try to scramble for the door, so... we did have a clear deck, but in the background, you can see snow. Not to be completely cruel, we did limit it to about 4 minutes!
and I loved out trips to Ottawa! Nate and Stace went to winterlude this weekend, and I was significantly jealous! Someday! Very thankful for those years, and knowing you guys!
